Delivery and Returns

Delivery times

We aim to deliver all items within 14 days. If you have ordered site centred products, then please allow up to 21 days for delivery. You can trace your order on-line by clicking on "Account" and logging in with the username and password supplied to you in your order confirmation email. If you then select "View your orders" this will show the status of all of your orders with us.

If you have not received your items within 21 days then please contact us.

Postage and packing

The following rates apply to each individual mainland UK delivery address:

Order value over £350 = FREE
Order value £75 - £350 = £9.75 (plus VAT)
Order value £15.00 - £74.99 = £4.95 (plus VAT)
Orders under £15 are subject to a £2.00 handling charge

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchases, then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of order. We will advise on the appropriate procedure.
Please note we reserve the right to withhold a sum from the refund to cover our costs in the original delivery of the product to you. We do not refund any costs you incur in returning unwanted goods.

Bespoke products cannot be returned after you have received them unless they are confirmed as defective or damaged in which case they will be collected and repaired or replaced at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Overseas deliveries

The postage and documentation charges for each destination are calculated on the weight, size and value of the items ordered, and the destination country. We will inform you of the separate postal charge, and wait for your acceptance of this before your order is processed. As with our UK orders, all orders under £15.00 are subject to a £2.00 handling charge.

Please note: some countries may not charge import duty or tax on the goods which is payable by the customer (this is usually on Non EU addresses).

Channel Island and Irish (incl Northern Ireland) customers are treated by our carriers as an overseas address, and are therefore charged at a higher rate than the UK.
