How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchases, then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of order. We will advise on the appropriate procedure. 

Please note we reserve the right to withhold a sum from the refund to cover our costs in the original delivery of the product to you. We do not refund any costs you incur in returning unwanted goods. 

Bespoke products cannot be returned after you have received them unless they are confirmed as defective or damaged in which case they will be collected and repaired or replaced at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.
